Mo is from Ireland who has been in Taiwan for 4 years. During the past 4 years he never stopped learning Chinese and now he is working on the book of Contemporary Chinese level 3. He told Stacy that he hopes to be fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing. I guess the motive behind is that he really enjoys living in Taiwan.
